Information on parking at First Unitarian Congregation
August 2nd, 2009 Posted in High Holy Days Information SheetsINFORMATION ON PARKING AT
FIRST UNITARIAN CONGREGATION
175 ST. CLAIR AVENUE WEST
Dropping off Elderly and Disabled Congregants
Congregants may drop off the elderly and disabled in the driveway in front of the main entrance but they may not park there. There is a clearly marked elevator, which they can access front there.
Parking Lots
The parking lot in the medical arts building across from First Unitarian is open for entering until 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, subject to availability – as it is primarily for those with appointments in the building – so check with the attendant to confirm you can park there. The lot costs $10; you can exit after that time. As well, there is another for-pay lot behind the Desjardins building, east of Avenue Rd., but it closes at 7 p.m., so it may only be available on Saturday during the day – but you should confirm this with the attendant when parking. There are other lots further east. Whichever lot you choose be sure to check for any restrictions that may apply before parking there. Also, there are some metered parking spaces along St. Clair Avenue West.
