Shabbat Morning Service

  • MNJCC, 750 Spadina Avenue
  • 10:30 AM

Rabbi Goldberg will lead our service, with Paula Wolfson conducting the chazzanut. We thank Dr. Ed Weiss for chanting Torah this week.

A luncheon kiddish will follow the service.

Our enriching, free drop-in children’s programs will be up and running during the entire morning.

Younger Children (ages three to seven/eight): Instructor: Leanne Stevens. This week, the children will be doing crafts, spinning dreidls and and reading stories about the upcoming Chanukah holiday.

Junior Congregation: (ages seven/eight to 11): We will learn Shabbat prayers, and also about Jacob wrestling with an angel (Torah portion) and sing some Chanukah songs, then join the adults in the chapel.

All children are welcome at these programs & in the chapel with their adults!

Adult Education (After Shabbat services/kiddish at 12:45-2:00 pm)
